I'm always amazed at how an individual's life and love can change so dramatically in just a half a year when they are devoted to two things;  one, taking ownership of "who" they are and "how" they are showing up and bringing that fully into alignment with the kind of person they want to be in the world. Every day.  And second, when they commit to a daily spiritual practice that begins softening the sharp edges inside and allows for a larger understanding of why we are here and the positive influence we can have on everyone in our lives when we change our own.  If you are ready to take the next 6 months partnering with me to build a solid foundation under you, I promise you that you'll be amazed at the ease in which you begin to navigate your life and love!  By focusing on a strong personal foundation, bringing you fully into integrity in your own life, helping you get any "toxicity" (yes, that also means certain people!) compassionately out of your life and working diligently on "growing up" areas of your emotional maturity that need attention for you to flourish, you'll be ready to shift things in all of your relationships with an ease you may find surprising!   Our 1/2 a year together will require you to be courageous, challenge yourself to break old habits and patterns and to fully show up each week.  Having a partner on this kind of journey to raise your level of consciousness and create more meaningful, healing connection with your own "tribe" and in your relationships is invaluable. This is how positive, powerful change get's created and how one learns to move mindfully through their world.
