BARB BECK
From the time I was young, I was drawn out into the world, sensing that there was much more to life than what I could see. My father instilled in me a sense of adventure and my love of travel has grown steadily over the years. I am most happy when I am exploring new sights, taking in the diversity of our world and connecting with people on a heart level, whether that happens in a street café in my hometown of Portland, Oregon or while exploring a quaint alley way in Puerto Vallarta.

The School of Hard Knocks was my academy and I honestly believe I am such a powerful Life & Relationship Coach because of how badly I screwed things up and for how long in my own life! I know what it’s like to keep making poor choices in partners or hurting them with unconscious behavior. I’ve been in that painful place of trying to decide whether to “stay or go.” Family drama with no boundaries was a constant and “dancing around things” our norm. Having my own serious “wake-up call” turned my whole life around and I can truly say that I wouldn't trade any of it now. It is an honor and a privilege to be able to help individuals learn how to live a life of inner freedom and I know without a doubt that this is my calling.
Over the years, I’ve come to realize on a deep, core level, that everything meaningful in our lives centers around relationships.
Our relationship to ourselves, first and foremost. Who and how we are "being" in every interaction will result in the out-picturing of our lives. As a Life & Relationship expert of 29 years,
I have had the opportunity to Coach individuals including rock stars, yoga gurus, actors, and celebrities of all kinds, along with your everyday couple.
No matter who we are, we all want to evolve in a way that brings a more awakened, meaningful life.
With all the beauty in my life, the greatest gift still, has been my son Seth, now an amazing man making a difference in the world, himself. He reminds me daily, what true character and authenticity looks like and is a living example of a person committed to honoring others and all paths. I am beyond grateful to my beloved partner, family, friends, colleagues and fellow spiritual travelers for all of their love and support. Many blessings.
