We’re at a crucial time in our lives where figuring out what it means to live authentically and with integrity in all of our relationships has never been more important.
All the nonsense. The drama. The unhealthy patterns. The habitual arguing and reactivity. It’s time for us to seriously commit to learning everything necessary to step out of these dynamics so we not only transform the relationship we have with ourself, but can begin modeling that for others. While we have no control over anyone else, it’s astounding the powerful, positive influence we can have in our intimate relationships, our inner circles, with our colleagues and in our communities by intentionally showing up well.

I’m convinced this is how we change the world.
We raise our hand to do the brave, deep work of building a strong “personal foundation” under us that includes a personal Honor Code & clear Boundaries. We focus on letting go of our incessant need for “approval” that keeps us stuck and trust that as we practice these learned skills & tools, we will begin showing up as women and men we can be proud of.
